Hand your tool an ambition on Monday. On Tuesday, is there real assigned, dated work inside your structure that traces back to it, with a record of who wrote it and a way to take it back? Run it on whatever you use and post what happened.
State one ambition you actually hold for this quarter. Not a task. Hand it to the tool and let it propose a plan. Approve it.
Come back the next day and open the tool where the work normally lives. Score the five checks below on what you find there.
Use a real ambition, not a prepared example. The whole point is that it works on the messy thing you actually want, rather than on a demo.
Score what is in the tool on Tuesday, not what the tool can tell you when asked. A model that reconstructs the answer in a chat reply has not kept the link, it has re-derived it.
One tool per run. If you use three tools together, run it three times and say so.
| Score | Band | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| 9 to 10 | Holds the join | Ambition and daily work are linked by something other than your discipline, and the link survives a mistake. |
| 6 to 8 | Structure without guarantees | The plan lands in the right shape, but you are still the one keeping it honest. |
| 3 to 5 | Assistant, retrofitted | It produced good output next to your work rather than inside it. |
| 0 to 2 | It talked about your goal | Nothing durable was written anywhere you would look on Tuesday. |
