These providers process personal data on our behalf when you use Aurum Life's cloud features or this website, under their data processing terms. Without an account, the desktop app contacts our servers only to check for updates, to load the template catalog and, if you agree, to send diagnostics.
Supabase
Our database, sign-in, file storage and server functions, for every cloud feature: sync, backups, cloud AI requests, shared workspaces, notifications and agent proposals. It also stores the install and launch count, if you agreed to it, and this website's visit count.

Cloudflare
The network in front of our servers. Every request from the apps and this website to our servers passes through it, and it tells us which country a request came from.

AI processing through the Gemini API: the assistant, research, search fingerprints of synced pages, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, voice conversations and image descriptions, and Google Search for research. On the paid tier Google does not use this data to train or improve its models; it keeps prompts and responses for a limited period to detect abuse and meet legal obligations.

Tavily
Web search. When the assistant or a research report searches the web, the search words are sent here first.

Payments for plans and AI credit. Stripe holds your card details, so we never see your card number.

Sentry
Crash reports. Reports carry the error, the app version and device details, and are not meant to carry Life OS content, but some do: desktop reports can include folder names, which are often project and area names, and mobile reports sent before the update that added a Crash reports switch under Settings → Privacy & Data could include text from the screen, such as a tapped item's title or words typed into a search. The desktop app sends them only after you say yes on first run (from v0.1.51; they were on by default in v0.1.48 to v0.1.50, with a switch in Settings → Privacy). The mobile app sent them without asking until that update, and since it sends them only after you say yes, with that switch to stop them. The Privacy Policy's Diagnostics section has the detail.

Push-notification delivery for the mobile app, if you allow notifications. Expo passes each notification to Apple or Google for delivery.

Where processing happens
Our own servers run in a single United States region, and we do not offer a choice of data region. Your Life OS folder itself stays on your own devices. For the safeguards we rely on when UK personal data is transferred, see the International transfers section of the Privacy Policy.
Services you choose
Some services are yours rather than ours, and handle data under their own terms: the services you connect (such as Google, Microsoft 365, Notion, Slack or an MCP server), apps you connect to your Life OS (such as Claude Desktop), and your phone's platform services, such as Apple's or Google's speech recognition. The desktop app also downloads files from GitHub (app updates and the template catalog), from Hugging Face (the model it uses to search your notes on your computer) and, if you choose to run a model on your computer, from Ollama's model library. Those services see your network address, and nothing else about you.
