Sub-processors

Aurum Life is local-first: used entirely offline, your life data never touches our servers and none of the providers below are involved. When you turn on a cloud feature, we rely on this small set of providers, acting on our instructions under data-processing agreements.

Supabase

Database, authentication, file storage, and edge functions for all cloud features (sync, backup, the cloud agent), and the anonymous install-and-launch count if diagnostics are on.

Google

AI processing via the Gemini API, on a paid tier under which Google does not train on your content.

Stripe

Payment processing for paid plans; holds your billing details so we never see your card number.

Resend

Transactional email: account, security, and notification messages.

Sentry

Crash and error reporting. Reports carry the error and stack trace, never Life OS content. On by default in desktop v0.1.48 to v0.1.50 with a switch in Settings → Privacy; from v0.1.51 sent only after you say yes on first run. The Privacy Policy's Diagnostics section has the detail.

Where processing happens

All of our cloud infrastructure runs in a single United States region today; we do not currently offer a choice of data region. Your vault itself always lives on your own devices. For the safeguards we rely on when UK personal data is transferred, see the International transfers section of the Privacy Policy.
