v0.1.50
Sep 2026
Task titles readable again on Today, and an updater canary that watches both channels
The Today screen's task rows crushed a title to a sliver beside its badges after v0.1.49; the title now takes the room and the badges wrap. The updater canary probes the stable and beta channels together and fails when beta falls behind, which is how beta sat two releases back for six days without anything noticing.
v0.1.49
Sep 2026
Four destinations instead of sixteen
The sidebar's sixteen destinations fold into four (Today, Plan, Agent, Files) plus Settings. The landing-view and agent-tab preferences are restored, the command palette finds surfaces by the names they used to have, and three artifact-layer rules that were documented but never enforced now are. The editor's tiptap dependency moves to 3.31.3 to clear a high-severity advisory.
v0.1.48
Sep 2026
Crash reports on by default, a local model that keeps its tools, and 31 tools for outside agents
Crash reporting is on during the beta, so failures reach us before you have to write in. The local model is budgeted to the context window Ollama actually grants, so it no longer loses its tools mid-turn, and local AI stays running across launches. Panels wrap instead of clipping at narrow widths, first-run dialogs no longer stack, and area and project names with punctuation create cleanly on Windows. The desktop MCP server grows to 31 tools: outside agents can now create and update calendar events, write notes, complete inbox items and append to daily, weekly and monthly notes.
v0.1.47
Aug 2026
A guided tour, and copy that stops repeating itself
A first-run tour walks new users through the app, and the bugs it surfaced in the starter blueprints are fixed. Screen copy lost its restating and duplicated lines. Every lint rule now runs at zero warnings, and a connector can read and delete a whole recurring series, confirming before it acts.
v0.1.45
Aug 2026
Word documents, decks and plain text
Aurum reads the files people actually have: .txt pages, and .docx and .pptx attachments become searchable and visible to the assistant. Reading and editing are one document surface with one type scale. A device signed in before two-step verification was enrolled is now challenged. iPhone push reminders arrive for the morning brief, due-soon tasks and finished agent work.
v0.1.44
Aug 2026
Calm reaches every screen
The hairline grammar introduced on Today and the Dashboard now runs through Calendar, Inbox, Tasks, Approvals, Automations, Quick Capture, Settings, the admin console, the chat rail and onboarding.
v0.1.43
Aug 2026
Team is priced per seat
The Team plan is per seat with an AI allowance per seat, and the flat plan is retired. The Learning hub takes the Calm grammar, and the add-seat button quotes the price the checkout actually charges.
v0.1.42
Aug 2026
Board view, org catalogs, and briefings that add up
Projects gain a Board view driven by the page's own headings. An organization can publish its own blueprint catalog and members install from it. The executive briefing reads the budget table and metrics log, so the money section reports the money. The team start path has a door of its own in onboarding.
v0.1.41
Aug 2026
Spaces you can tell apart
Retrieval, search, and the context your assistant reads now stop at the edge of the space you are working in. A connector sign-in can be filed to one space, so a work account and a personal one are separate grants. The agent's action trail became readable by a shared space's admins rather than only on the machine that ran the work.
v0.1.40
Aug 2026
Linked activity, and recurring events that show up
A project page shows what is moving on its linked issue tracker or board, and a teammate who has declared their handle appears by name instead of as a login. Recurring events now expand everywhere they are read: today, the daily briefing, and anything the assistant answers about next week.
v0.1.33
Aug 2026
A much lighter sync
Computed data stopped riding the cross-device change log, so a busy vault now syncs a fraction of what it used to and two devices no longer talk each other into re-sending work neither of them changed.
v0.1.16
Jul 2026
Family plan, credits, encryption at rest
The Family plan (one flat price for up to six people), prepaid AI credit top-ups with optional auto-refill, and on-disk database encryption.
v0.1.15
Jun 2026
Collaboration plumbing
Per-organization seat billing, plus the server-side groundwork for SAML SSO, ahead of the collaboration early access.
v0.1.14
Jun 2026
Browse integrations
The MCP connector catalog: GitHub, Jira, Linear, Asana, Stripe, Zoom, and more, plus any MCP server you point at.
v0.1.13
May 2026
Day-one value
Notes folder onboarding (a populated Life OS in about a minute) and the Save to Aurum web clipper.
